1 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the 888pk website and services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. These Terms apply to all users of the 888pk platform, including but not limited to browsers, registered members, and anyone who places a wager or plays any game offered on the platform.

These Terms form a legally binding agreement between you ("the User") and 888pk ("the Company", "we", "us", or "our"). If you are using the platform on behalf of an organisation or third party, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms.

2 Eligibility & Age Requirement

888pk strictly prohibits underage gambling. Any account found to belong to a person under the age of 21 will be immediately closed and all deposits refunded, less any withdrawals already processed. 888pk will report suspected underage gambling to relevant authorities where legally required.

3 Account Registration & Security

Each person may hold only one (1) registered account on the 888pk platform. The creation of duplicate or multiple accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited and may result in the forfeiture of all account balances and permanent exclusion from the platform.

When registering, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information. You are responsible for keeping your registration information up to date. 888pk may request additional Know Your Customer (KYC) documentation at any time, including:

All bets placed on the 888pk platform are subject to the specific rules of the relevant sport, event, or game, as published on the platform at the time the bet is accepted. By placing a bet, you accept those rules in full. The following general betting conditions apply across all markets:

• Bets are final and binding once accepted by the 888pk system. No cancellations are permitted after acceptance unless 888pk determines that the odds were published in error.
• 888pk reserves the right to void any bet placed on an event that has been subject to match-fixing, corruption, or other integrity violations.
• Maximum stake limits apply to individual bets and may vary by market, sport, and event. These limits are displayed at the point of bet placement.
• 888pk reserves the right to limit, restrict, or close the account of any player who is found to be exploiting pricing errors or engaging in systematic arbitrage betting.
• In the event of a technical failure during a live betting event, 888pk reserves the right to void affected bets at its sole discretion.
• Results are determined by 888pk's official data providers. Unofficial or disputed results will be resolved in accordance with the relevant sport's governing body rulings.

6 Bonuses & Promotions

888pk offers various bonuses, promotions, and free bet offers to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and wagering requirements that are published alongside each individual promotion. The following general bonus conditions apply:

• Bonuses are available to registered players who are 21 years of age or older and whose accounts are in good standing.
• Each promotion specifies its own minimum deposit requirement, wagering multiplier, eligible games or markets, and expiry period. Failure to meet these requirements will result in forfeiture of the bonus and any winnings derived from it.
• Bonuses may not be transferred, sold, or exchanged for cash unless a wagering requirement has been fully met.

7 Responsible Gaming

• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing behaviour toward support staff or other users
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, hack, or compromise any part of the 888pk platform
• Using a VPN, proxy, or other means to circumvent geo-restrictions or account bans
• Sharing account credentials with third parties or allowing others to use your account

9 Intellectual Property

All content published on the 888pk platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, software, and the compilation thereof, is the exclusive property of 888pk or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. The 888pk name, logo, and all related marks are registered or unregistered trademarks of the Company.

You may not reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell, or exploit any portion of the 888pk platform without the express written permission of the Company. Unauthorised use of 888pk content may give rise to a claim for damages and may be a criminal offence.

10 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 888pk, its directors, officers, employees, affiliates, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform.

888pk makes no warranty that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. The platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranty of any kind, either express or implied.

In no event shall 888pk's total liability to you for all claims arising from or related to your use of the platform exceed the total amount deposited by you in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

11 Termination of Account

888pk reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions
• Fraudulent, deceptive, or criminal activity detected on the account
• Failure to complete identity verification within the required timeframe
• Request by the player for self-exclusion or voluntary account closure
• Legal or regulatory obligation to do so

Upon termination, any real-money balance remaining in the account (excluding bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to the player via the original deposit method, subject to the completion of any outstanding verification requirements.

12 Amendments to Terms

888pk reserves the right to amend, modify, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time.
